This is good for when you are taking a 150m shot you zero in on 150m and where the crosshair is located is where the gun will fire ( if the gun is 100% accuracy ) if not you could get a little leeway either direction. The same goes for the 75m shot.
Basically when you adjust a scope you pick a range say 150m then adjust your scope to hit the target perfectly. Doing so means your gun will be shooting sligtly up to account for gravity.. so if you try hitting a target at 75m with a gun adjusted for 150m your bullet will hit slightly higher than the crossair.
The skill basically allows you to toggle between 2-3 different adjustments so you can make more precise shots. Shooting a red fox at 300m with the default 150m zero would be a bit of a challenge, the bullet risks hitting the ground or lower than expected.
Pretty useful for long range vital shots...
You need to acivate it from the perks menu then use F you see an indicator neer the ammo count.
