Ya the special/only one for lever action rifles sucks though. Wish they had more/better options.

The scopes fine. Just remember that the 30 30 itself is innacurate after 120m or so

It's perfectly accurate it just has about 6 inches of bullet drop at 200m

accurate sure, its kinda a dark scope imo tho, wished they brightened it like the other ones

This is what i was getting at. Pretty much worthless at night time for me. I like the 30-30 use it the most. Just want a better scope option eventually.

once you have to compensate for the drop in elevation from you're rifle than you're shooting past its maximum effective range so if a 30-30 has a 6 inch drop at 200m and no drop at 120m than it would be accurate up to 120m

I get that. It's claiming something is "accurate" at 200m when you need a 6 inch drop.

Every rifle drops.. it's a function of gravity, not the accuracy of the rifle.

Why facepalm? I've never heard anyone call a gun inaccurate because it has a more arced trajectory at a given range than another gun. That's ridiculous. You ought to facepalm yourself.

lol, mate. BOTH projectiles are subject to the exact same gravity. It's reduced velocity / projectile mass that makes something like a 30-30 *inaccurate* over distance - not gravity.

Forgive the years since I did year 10 physics but both bullets "fall" at the same rate.
