Tressler- Wild Boars Raving

The mission requires you to create hunting pressure in two small seperate regions in the game. Question is; How much pressure is enough? In the more southern mission area i have eleminated 4 Roe Deer in the Area to make about half the mission area under pressure (Que the Queen song) and I tried harvesting one boar so far but there is zero idication that the mission has progressed at all.

Anyone else have this issue or have completed this mission?

Yeah I have encountered the same problem. I traveled to the designated area's and starting harvesting just about anything. Most of both area's are completely purple with hunting pressure but I don't seem to get any response, hint, tip or whatever that indicates I have progressed in this mission. Do I have to harvest certain animals or do I have to pressurize one area completely first before going to the next... it's a bit unclear to me. I'm not getting past this.

The criteria for these types of mission are out of whack. It's a pity the missions have so much XP & cash attached to them otherwise I would be ignoring them entirely. Missions in THC often suffered from being either too hard to complete or they were bugged so completion was impossible until they were bug-hunted.

I shoot 2 wild boars in the Müllerweld area and the lady voice said something like "that good now you have to go to the other area"... Could it be that it has to be hunting pressure on wild boar???

Can't get it to trigger again in the other area.....

I think the solution is to create dubble or tripple hunting pressure in one place. Like it turns bright pink... The two boars I shot was in the precise same spot.

I shot 3 boar in ritterstein and 4 boar in mullerward and nothing...

I've completed this mission.

The goal is to create a double-layer hunting pressure zone. It doesn't matter which animal species you kill. Start by shooting an animal, harvest it, lure a second animal into that hunting pressure zone, shoot it while it is within that zone, harvest it. At this point you'll get a verbal verification and your mission will update.

I'm not sure what amount of overlap is required. I shot the second animal within 10m of the first animal's hit location. I assume you can have them further apart and still satisfy the mission.

Tip: Hunting pressure zones form where the animal is shot, not where you harvest it. Also, they don't appear until the animal's health drops below some threshold.

I'm getting another type of bug with this mission. All along the north of Ritterstein there are loads of boar need zones however when I activate them they don't show on the map. It's almost like that whole area is a need zone that doesn't work properly. Plenty of boar though.

I cleared Müllerwald. I shot 2 deers, 2 Boars , 1 Deer and 1 boar with 50% overlay nothing. Then i walked to forest South-West trom the Station near the street. There I found a spot with 3 boars running always around on one place. (a Bug ?) I stood 20 m away and shot them all. 100 % overlay. The (german) voice said "Well done . This area is save now" Müllerwald was erased from handheld. (sry for my english)

OK made it Ritterstein a group of 5 Fallow deers . Shot 1 didn´t harvest ,immediatly lured the next befor they run to far, 2 min later next on some spot , didn´t harvest lured again. 5 fallow deers shot on same spot, harvested , mission complet.

I realize this post is super old, but I was having similar problems with this mission, and I can confirm that you need to apply a heavy hunting pressure (overlapping kills) in the two regions before it will complete. Doesn't have to be with boars either. Just kill multiple animals within the same regions to deepen the pressure and you'll get it!

I guess you have to put pressure on all the fields literally.. At least i got this solved by doing that

Ok made litterally made the same thing, killed 8 fallow deers from the exact same spot, harvested them after the 3 rd, down the 6 th down and the 8 th
Mission not completed as showed on the phone what is wrong ???

but it can be completed by killing any species or combination of species. I completed this just a few weeks ago. Just got to get the right level of pressure.
