Favorite / best hunting spot ?

where is your favorite hunting spot ? one of the best locations ive found is the ground stand in south willipeg

All along the river in the northern ridge area of the Layton Lake District. The entire river is good. The northern ridge has tons of moose and elk that don't get scared off easily like deer. I can just pop one down, walk to it, walk a bit more, pop another down, rinse and repeat.

The lakes region in the northwest section of Layton is a really good hunting ground once you get the .270/7mm. Start at the hunting camp up there and make your way southeast along the lakes; lots of long lines of sight to drop herds of animals, good mix of deer, moose and elk.

Those spots are productive...but I can think of a waaaay better one. I have been accused in MP of hacking it is sooooo good. :)

I know a spot on Hirschfelden that regualrly spawns monster sized herds of Red Deer (20-30), Bison (20ish) or up to 4 red foxes. Sometimes it can be several of these groups sharing the same spot at the same time!

Edit: this is the spot, I went into the game to take a screenshot of the place and stumbled on a mythical red deer but spooked him on my way up there. Anyway, this is the place:

I've been digging the blind I set up on Mount Leviathan. Has a really nice kill zone, and I've gotten several coyotes from there, too.

Yes and it is only 300m from a fast travel location as well.

Does anyone know the coordinates of this spot, or even a little better description? I can't find any small lake 300m west of an outpost in red deer / bison territory! Trying to beat "The fox and the scope". Would sure be nice to find a spot with a high fox concentration and a chance for a 200m shot!

Just watch your map. It is on the top left, just south to the path that leads to the elk-valley in the top northwest. You can accomplish a lot of missions at that lake. f.e. hunt a fox with sight in 200m+ i did there.

I know the spot :D put my tent op there at the lookout point. Slaughtered a herd of of red deer and got from lvl 22-24. Around 1,5 lvls :) kinda feels cheating at the moment tho.. the animals should run if you are shooting at them from 200m+ :/ still keeping my tent there tho, because the place is so beautiful! :) Just trying to control my self and only shoot males

One of my favorite spots right here, Mount Leviathan always has a lot of spawns and a pretty good variety.
