Btw here is an example of a Diamond trophy someone snagged over on theHunter subreddit: http://i.imgur.com/V8Vw4fA.jpg
Its all about the trophy rating that gives you bronze/silver/ect. You need 100% on most everything and a high trophy rating, like his 200. Though, with a moose I've had a 231 trophy rating, his 900+ (don't remember the exact number) and still only had gold. I'm pretty sure its species specific? I'm not quite sure if species does play a role in the calculations or not, but I'd really like to know.
After that is the trophy rating. I'm pretty sure it gets added directly to the final score. What I cannot figure out is what else affects the score. Look at the following three examples:
A male bison with a difficulty rating of 2 - minor. The final score was 682. 500 of which came from three 100% bonuses. Calculating 682 - 500 = 182. The trophy rating was 112 so 182 - 112 = 70. What is contributing those 70 points?
A female black bear with a difficulty rating of 3 - very easy. The final score was 647. 500 of which came from three 100% bonuses. Calculating 647 - 500 = 147. The trophy rating was 15 so 147 - 15 = 132. What is contributing those 132 points?
A male red deer with a difficulty rating of 6 - hard. The final score was 777. 500 of which came from three 100% bonuses. Calculating 777 - 500 = 277. The trophy rating was 152 so 277 - 152 = 125. What is contributing those 125 points?
If anyone figures it out, I'd like to know. I'll eventually get around to putting all my data into a spreadsheet and come up with a solution. I have data on close to 100 harvests spread across all species.

Riskz already did a thorough write up on this.
Score = 166.7 * (Q + I + C) + 500 / Tm * Tr
Where:
Score = the whole number portion of the calculation, max score is 1000
Q = quick kill bonus, 100% = 1.00
I = integruty bonus, 100% = 1.00
C = consecutive kills bonus, 100% = 1.00
Tr = trophy rating
Tm = max trophy rating of that species (refer to the links in previous post for trophy ratings)
I suggest writing it as
Score = 500*( (Q + I + C) / 3 + Tr / Tm )
or pope & young Depinding on weapon use
or some known scoring system in the world and your money earned on score
You guys sys still off i think too
shot a 6pt white tail had gold
was Q I C =100% 4 hard With a 243
Very next white tail was a 14pt
Same Q I C=100% 4 hard With 243
had no score ONLY thing that was dif was 14pt was worth more money
So i think its a random scoring thing
I prefer my way because it guarantees there will never be division with a zero such as when all three bonuses are zero. I was going to write mine as "500 / 3 * (Q +..." to be more precise but the game never shows the numbers to the right of the decimal place so the accuracy is moot.
The only random element is the trophy rating of the animals you find. Don't confuse difficulty rating with trophy rating. They're not the same. Trophy rating varies within the same difficulty rating. Plug your numbers into the score formula to prove it is not random.
Keep in mind that the score formula does not calculate XP or cash. I have no desire to determine the formulae for them.
I'm not sure I understand, are you saying that there is something wrong with 0 / 3?
No. I prefer my way, you prefer yours.
Also, for the antlers, doesn't Classic also have that TrueRack tech (or whatever it's called) for randomized antlers? Now that is definitely something we need in this game!
