Np! I think Doc mentions it or some text pops up in the beginning but I'm sure it's easily missed.

The widest part on the outer edge of the compass is the direction the wind is blowing.

Yeah playing at 3440x1440 does not show all the important stuff, as its outside the edges :( So i have MOST proberly missed it.
