Got my Key but game is not on Steam in my country

Got my key from Instant gaming but it won't work in my country, New Zealand. Is it just me, or is the game just not on steam yet?

The game does not release until the 16th of February. This, is one of the many reasons I don't recommend or buy from third party re-sellers.

I have for years and saved hundreds. I know the game is not released till the 16th, but the steam page is up and the keys are being sent, so I am wondering if anyone has managed to pre load or atleast add the game key to there libary. On my steam store page know price is listed at all.

you are not able to preorder it on steam, so adding a retail version to your library is blocked as well. there will be no preload. you will have to wait till the 16th of February, wait till the game is released, add your code to your library and download it.

Anyone been able to activate there keys yet? I tried about 8 hours ago and it said it's not available in my country still.

Hmmm, I also bought key from them and registered my Steam key without any problems couple days ago here on Steam, I do have the game now added in my library, I just can't pre-load it yet.

I'm from the EU btw

And I just checked the website of this shop and it says that their key only works in Europe!

The download will be available tomorrow once we set the game to live. We are planning on doing so in the morning (CET).

Dammit! When I brought it was definitely global. I made sure I checked. They must of changed it. Hopefully I can refund, or maybe use a VPN to activate it?

Just to follow up real quick - The retailer you mentioned is not one of our officially supported retailers for the game. If you get a refund for the game I suggest you purchase it here on Steam where we can make sure that the code will work and can be redeemed on your account.

I've no experience with refunding a key or using VPN to activate a key from another region, but what I've heard here and there on different game fora is that once you recieved a key from the shop (any shop in general) they won't take it back, but you can always give it a try ofcourse.

And about VPN I dunno, never tried it myself so I really have no idea how and what the consequences are, you really might look into it before trying because it may be the case Valve can suspend your account for breaking some kind of rule, but again I've no idea.
