Bullet time
this is question to devs. Is it hard to implement such beautiful thing to the game as BULLET TIME? I would like to see this effect, bc it adds a lot of joy to shooting. It could be an optional thing if someone thinks its "unrealistic".

By bullet time, do you mean where the bullet is zoomed in on and slowed down when fired to ee where it goes? It is a cool feature, we'll just have to wait and see I guess.

I've mentioned this before as something I would like; this is what was said against it:

- urrrrrrrrr it's like Cabelas
- urrrrrrrrrrrrr it's not realistic

If it's an option then I think these arguments can fall away. Whether it's to the devs' taste and worth the extra development effort is another question.

I fully support Bullet cam as an option. For those that like to see as much info on the shot as possible it's great and as long as you can turn it off I don't see many players really having an issue with it. The one issue I do see is Multiplayer. Most games that offer this mechanic are singleplayer only. Sniper elite is an exception but it is only co-op (2 players) and when bullet cam is used it forces all players to watch it. That would not work well with up to 8 players.

Yeah, I think that would be about the only way it could be added.

its not realistic was great in max payne but horrible in a hunting game as we have already seen, you will know you got the kill from 400m away which would be rubbiish

That's why an option to turn it off would be a must. Also, if they could add it to multiplayer somehow there would also have to be a way to turn it on/off per server rules.

I would love to see it in the game but at this time there are other things I would like to see first.

I would like it as it lets me know if I've hit a vital organ before reaching destination of the hit.

This would actually be a downside for me, in the sense that it becomes a "cheat" - I think in Sniper Elite you only get bullet time if you drop the target on the spot. If you get a wound, even a fatal wound where the animal runs, then no bullet time is my opinion.

Sorry to use the word cheat - I can't find a better word for what I wanted to say - no offence is meant at all.

well, let me disagree :) in the Hunter classic, when you get to the place, where you hit animal, you can see blood on the ground and your gps module will tell you what organ did you hit ... practicaly its the same

It is and it isn't the same

- you have to walk to where you hit the animal and find the blood track
- the information isn't about where you have hit, but about what sort of blood you see, so you do get some 'mixed' results

I still would like it though miro as an option; maybe as a replay once the animal is harvested?

I like the idea of it only showing IF you hit a vital organ AND the animal drops on the spot. Would not feel as cheap then. Great idea Alf!

Nope the idea belongs to miro, I just mad a small suggestion :-)

Make sure you vote on the poll everyone!
