Any way to view or sell trophies?

Enjoying the game quite a bit so far, but got a noob question. As the title states, any way to view or sell trophies to aid in buying new guns?

Just kill everything you can with the right guns and money will come from sky

Sadly no, the only thing that comes close to viewing your trophies is by looking at the list of numbers you can find when you press Escape > Codex > Hunting Log.
