Haven't bought into the VR gimmick just yet, but I would like to play this game. So can you play without VR?

Every time I try to start up the game it just instantly crashes, I tried launching through the steam app, the steamvr menu and running the file as administrator and nothing works anyone have a fix (I forgot my pc specs but I have a good pc so I dont think its a hardware issue)...

This game is great, so stoked that these guys teamed up, and to give it away free... so awesome. Hopefully they will fix the problem of objects being outside the play area tho. I have a large enough play area, but for some reason a lot of the objects i need to touch to move on are outside the play area. Its rather difficult when the edge of your play area is a solid object. Do you think they'll do a patch to fix this? ...
