Chess Ultra Says I resigned but I didn’t

Hi,

I’ve played about ten games in the past two weeks when I’m winning and then suddenly it says I resigned. I did not resign and I had loads of time left. Anyone got any ideas?

The biggest problem/bug of this game, I had the same today for the first time, less points for nothing

This happened to me today. Had over 20 hours left on my clock, was up a queen and looking at a possible mate in 2 but the game resigned on my behalf somehow when I wasn't even logged into the program. Got two Steam notificiations for the same game, a couple minutes apart, one saying I won, one saying I lost. What? I'm guessing random garbage happens when the server resets and nobody cares about maintaining it. Or else people are actively exploiting some security vulnerability.

The more I play this game the more broken I realize it is. I'd suspected it for a while but recent did some testing that positively confirmed for me that Tournaments matchmaking and friends lists are just completely non-functional.

Would love to see a decent PC VR chess game from a company that knows how to finish and maintain their games.
