prosperity
on many maps, I have tons of money, food, pottery, oil, furniture, wine, entertainment, education, etc. All my ratings are close to 100 except prosperity. What's the trick to raise prosperity.

How do I make them bigger. They already have everything they need. And they keep devolving

right click them they should tell you why they devolve. also if you have too many bad houses that lowers proesperity as well you could try making more blocks of good houses. check YT guides for help

YT guides ?? Devolving says add entertainment (which they have a lot of). So I add entertainment. It grows again. Then devolves saying it needs schools. This goes on and on. They have enough of everything and there is no more room around the block to place anything else

youtube guides.
you need to put wallgates to prevent the guys from going around too much, if houses keep devolving its because the entretainment guy or whoever is doing different routes and some of them dont pass in front of the houses so they lose coverage. just check coverage and see where the guy goes and so on. game is a bit wierd like that so yea go to youtube search for your particular mission or something

Excellent advice from SMOk1N. I should point out that in some missions (peaceful ones) gatehouses are not available, so your road layout becomes more important still. Just saying.

This is a fantastic site that gives you all the details you need. I'd also eventually recommend looking into Julius, and Augustius Mods, which add a whole bunch more to the game with lots of toggles to adjust the game to play as you want it too.

Most importantly, it adds roadblocks so you don't have ugly gatehouses all over the city affecting the desirability of the area.

Yes.. The quality of your houses which means - what do they and the residents have and how high/prosperous is their living standards. Manage that well.. It really feels like we literally are responsible for building/governing a city and developing it to high levels. Proper Planning is the key. :)
