The game is lagging.... How to fix?

I found only one solution. Downloaded the Open source version of Ceasar 3. It's called JULIUS

This solved everything.... basicly it's uses your original Ceasar files and make them work :)

if you play the game with faster speed than It wont lag as the game framespeed is equal the sim speed.
