Users experiencing Freezing/Crashing

Hi everyone, for those experiencing crashing/freezing issues in Just Cause 4 can you please provide the following information for us to look into:

1. PC Specs - GPU, CPU, RAM, etc.
2. Where the game is crashing/freezing exactly. Is it the same place each time?
3. Error messages displayed (if any)

Freeze at
the Beginning loading screen.
after the first auto save point using parachute cross the valley.

and any walk & turn around movement could be possible freeze the screen.

First installation the game never starts
no error message, the game doesn't start, no icon, in steam library it is displayed as running

No error messages displayed. Random freezing at menu screen, playing the game for 5-10 minutes (even at low settings). After freezing the game continues to run (no crashing to desktop) but completely unresponsive. Before the update the game was running perfectly on High settings 60 fps.

Almost exactly the same as the guy up there who is not a lawyer.
I'm wondering how i go about getting my money back - this is ridiculous; the game freezes every time I try to play, after about 1 to 2 minutes.

I can't play for more than 5-10 minutes at once without freezes. No crashes to desktop and no error messages. Just unresponsive game.

Game freezes, when in action anywhere, so frequently as I am unable to finish long missions

Crashes 2 minutes into the game. No error. Game freezes, windows pops up "program not responding", kill process in task manager.
