Things I can't get over

1. Rico's different voice actor (he still sounds italian tho, which is one thing they didn't change since JC3).
   
2. Black Hand were a mix of Brits/Aussie mercs (foreign intrusion), but now they're all somehow Mexicans.
   
3. Hair looks outright awful, so bad even at highest graphics.

We all know his mother is Italian and his father is Mexican, but he was raised in Medici which explains why he had the Italian accent in JC3 and why he still has it currently, so I'm glad they didn't change his accent completely. Also, while being a part of "The Agency" in JC1 and JC2 he had some sort of an American accent, so it was justified. My problem is with his voice and his character, it feels very different. It seems like not only the voice actor is different, but also the script writer.

I don't know who came up with the story of this game (JC4), but it's literally incomparable to JC3.
A better approach would've been that Black Hand is present where his dad was born and raised. They found Bavarium and they started building bases there, also their big boss commander is present. His dad is working there unwillingly as an engineer and being forced to take part in weaponizing Bavarium.

The story of JC4 sounds very stupid from the get go, like seriously his dad built the Black Hand (known mercenary group) a weather manipulation device "without knowing they'll use it for evil"

I wanted the same voice sadly to me he sounds more south american but im no expert.

i dont really care about the accent thing, but the new voice actor just doesent know how to use even the smallest essence of emoting, explosions same voice, almost falls and dies same voice, he sounds a boring as the story of jc4.

I agree 100%
As much as I love the gameplay with the balloons and everything, the story just sucks. If Just Cause 3 had all the additional cool stuff JC4 has, I would've never played 4.

As much as I love the gameplay with the balloons and everything, the story just sucks. If Just Cause 3 had all the additional cool stuff JC4 has, I would've never played 4.

i agree i also dont get why did they go away from the destruction features it made the game unique, i cant get over how when i see a bridge now with anoyying enemies i cant just blow the bridge and deal with em

On the note of the Black Hand change, I prefer to believe that the Black Hand is a much greater organization with major influence across the world that we know very little about, and that Solis is simply one of their many different "core" territories - nations or regions that have given themselves to the Black Hand completely. The ones we see in the game are simply those under the Solis branch, and the ones in Just Cause 3 are part of the wider organization with no connection to Solis.
