Terrible frame rate

[Major Malfunction]

When in battle, which is frequent in just cause games my frame rate drops to maybe around 10 - 15 fps. So i lowered all graphics options to medium and still get regular on going issues during battle. Everything else is fine its just when the ai starts getting real busy things slow down. I got my laptop about 2 months ago and everything else is silky smooth.
specs are
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H 2.70 GHz
32 gig ram
nvidia 3080ti
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi bro, I got all most same thing, but I use 3070ti, and sometimes my jc4 stoped running, I have to restart my computer. Did you get any way to deal this? plz let me now. Thanks!

as a test you can try turning off the internet to your pc.

I´m having the same issue... can´t even do the tutorial because my pc freezes. my specs are: 12th Gen Intel (R)Core (TM) i7-12700K 3,6 GHz RTX 3070ti, 32gb ram. kinda frustrating since this is the only game this happens with -.-´

Same issue: i5-12600KF, RTX 3070, 32GB RAM. Stutters mainly when the big battles are going on. Not consistent though more like big lag spikes.
