Much better reflections and refractions. Take a close look. Not a kind of washed out water with buggy, blurry reflections. Overall i would say better textures for water surface.

Seems that the texture mapping was broken at release -> Patchnotes.

It definetely looks better.
Also I didn't notice the reflections of objects in the puddles on the ground while it's raining before.

The improvement is so little that is ridiculous. The water still looks like a n64 water game. We cant accept this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Uninstall the game and delete all traces of just cause 4 and then defrag and restart your pc and reinstall and tell us how it goes.

The current settings file might be corrupted or something else. Just give it a try

And it's somehow corrupted for tons of others too?

I have fiber, Ill do this and check.
But so far it seems the same for me, the game water has no effects, its still a flat plane.

The fov slider is still not there, and the camera is still broken

Have u reported to customer services. Giving details of hardware, drivers etc. They track all reported issues and gets things tallied officially etc.

For me the water look better from distance, but up close it is still not that great.

Its the same, they just addet better reflections. The texture of the water is exactly the same

still no reaction from the water to be shot at by tank or massive plane crashing into it .... still worse than JC3 .... texture loading still wonky and something you've plasyed with for 5 minute will get it texture reloaded and blurry when it was fine 30 sec before .....

Redownloaded the entire game to make sure I wasnt insane.

1 water is ACTUALLY WORSE
2 fov slider is STILL not present
3 Textures are still ♥♥♥♥ in random areas
4 nowhere near the level of vegetation show off in yt and trailers. no change whatsoever
5 ricos hair isnt pixely
6 aa is still broken
7 I can remap buttons, yay?
8 game doesnt crash when afterburner is running.
