Jet Dogfights?
Just cause 2 was so boring when flying jets. It was merely a faster way to get somewhere.

Will there be a reason this game to hijack a jet?

The concept should be relatively easy to impliment. Remember in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas when getting inside a military jet mean't you would targeted by other jets? What an amazing game that was. That game was ahead of it's time.
