how do i make a tornado?

So i did the tornado side quests and unlocked it but i pressed away the window and forgot what it said anyone know how to make one i want to play with it.

The Zuno at the bottom, just use your AR piece to find the button.

THE BASE LIKE ZUNO DOS OR SOMETHING, THE ONE WHERE YOU DROP DOWN IN THE WIND TURBINE AND PLUG IN THE USB, THERE SHOULD BE A BUTTON IN THAT BASE THAT YOU PRESS AND A TORNADO SHOULD FORM.

It acts like the other weather bases- a button is always available after you complete the mission.

Ok let me explain it, There are 3 bases ZONA TRES, ZONA DOS, and ZONA UNO. Middle North East and North West of the Map. Once you beat some missions and take the base over or if you have downloaded a 100% save or something you just go there and find this computer terminal which has a orange triangle marker on it, Press the button to activate it and it will spawn the weather condition.

ZONA TES is for the tornado and its in the middle of the map right under the Text that says LADERAS SUR.

in a more simple way go to ZONA TRES and in the glass dome is a controller
