These graphics...(Video)

So I'm seeing a lot of people saying the graphics are fine, or even great. And a few posts saying WTF are with these graphics with replies that indicate user error or some rubbish.

Well maybe people can tell me if these graphics are indicative of their experience, and if they consider them fine as I'm sure JC3 look way better.

Mostly look at the water graphics, and at 2mins 20 the utterly flat lighting and poor textures on the buildings.

I mention in the comments that my system is an i7 4770k, 16gb, SSD, 1070GTX and the settings in game are in the video but basically 1080p, very high with motion blur off and SSAO off.

EDIT 2:

(Thanks to Sib3riX) As the ingame AA and AF settings don't seem to change anything, forcing AA and AF on in Nvidia Control Panel for JC4 as well as changing Power mode to Performance seems to improve artefacts on Rico's hair, and vegetation (although water and barrier still looks terrible).

About the only thing that looks bad is the water.

Seems like a rendering glitch, I have that too. Hopefully they fix it. Kinda sucks.

So are you saying the graphics look different on your system? Are you running different settings, like 4k?

the building at 2 mins 20 looks awful too. The textures are PS3 quality, and I'm not one for pulling that hyperbole out usually. RDR2 on PS4 looks 10x better, hell JC3 never looked that stand out bad,

are your drivers updated.. Nvidia always release a day 1 release date driver for new games.. That is probably the issue. I just checked.. the drivers came out 12/3/2018 for BFV, WOW Dx12 updates, Just Cause 4, and Insurgency

Did the Nvidia update already, it's not the driver.

No it's not as its the same issue with it. I had it aswell bought the Gold Edition and refunded until it's fixed. THis is a horrible launch-

What interests me is those that say the water does not look like this for them.

What system are you running and at what resolution? Maybe it's a 1080p thing?

Lol it does look that bad for them, they are just fanbois defending their company for god knows what reason.

My water is the same as yours, it's terrible. I went to the same spot as your video and it's the exact same thing
