>Visual copyright
Makes perfect sense ... in bizarro world
It's likely someone does own the copyright on the music if it's one of the radio stations. Solution's simple: just zero the music volume in the options (providing Avalanche didn't screw this up, too).
Can you silence the background music? I assume so.
Even if you dont talk and its just pure gameplay all you gotta add is that square enix allows gameplay footage to be used in videos whether they are transformative (talking while playing) or not so it doesnt matter if a music company claimed it as SE licensed that music.
I had the same issue with pure gameplay of The Last of Us. The main theme song was claimed but because sony allows pure gameplay i had no issue getting the video unclaimed.
Plus music companies have this major habit of claiming music they dont even own so just dispute it, include what I said and within a few days you will win the dispute
I think they've done it in error, since it's happened before. Especially since the OP said they didn't have any of the music on in the video.
I can only tell you what the tweet says.
