Diego Dive Mission Impossible [Bug]
The mission to secure Diego Dive (the port that unlocks the big cargo plane) is impossible because all the cars keep respawning when you go to the other side of the harbor.

But does the counter reset? It should keep track of each bomb you dispose of. Only need to drop 10 in the water.

It worked fine for me first try. It is very possible especially if you dump the 3 cars in the speerhead.

The counter doesnt reset, I was also blowing up the cars vs driving them in the water so that could be what caused it to reset.
