I think the issue is somewhere in the game code.
Also... why can I run this game at 640x480?!
What's weird is that I can't set the actual in-game settings via GeForce experience. Which gives the theory that the settings are borkerd a valid point.
What did you keep the in-game Anisotropic filtering set to? I know it's supposed to override, but did you see any difference either way? What about the rest of your NVCP settings like the texture filtering ones specifically. I've played with it a little, but still experimenting.
I don't have the rig to keep stable 60 on max settings and regardless of options I had it here.
I assume lod and range of foliage should be customizeable too.
