How to fix this graphics dot/grid texture?
I'm getting this texture mainly on trees, but throughout as well. It's a dotted grid texture on certian things. Mipmap error maybe I haven't even seen a setting on that in years, but I don't know how to get rid of it. AA tweaked, textures and shadows, and I can't find a solution. Maybe something in Nvidia Control panel. Running i7 3770k, GTX 980 SC, SSD, 16 gb ram. ROG Swift PG279Q @ 1440

Datafile from Storage isn't going into your Video buffer? Have you checked your bandwidth between those and see if they are any bottlenecking issue?

GPU running at 97% and 3600 vram out of 4gb. Tried prioritizing CPU and adjusting affinity and don't see any i
Difference/issues. Good temps on both GPU and CPU. Not sure what else to look at.

Anyone else have this issue, It's annoying

Yes I have this "issue" as well... the only games I've seen this in were console games using some terrible AA and downscaling to maintain 30fps. It looks absolutely horrible and I don't think there's anything we can do about it.

SSAO is causing the banding and screen door effect for me and only in nvidia surround at max rez. Try disabling SSAO and see if it goes away. It's yet another problem with this game...

I tried turning every single in-game setting to off or low including SSAO, restarted and it's still there. It's not every texture, it's in trees/ bushes and ususally things at a further distance away. I remember I've seen it before in a game or two, but I can't remember which ones and what I did. It ruins the immersion along with the white specs all in my hair from the terrible AA. I can turn that to FXAA to remove them, but then I have jaggies everywhere. Usually FXAA is more blurry, and I would welcome that at this point because this FXAA doesn't seem to do nearly anything.

Same thing with me, looks to be an issue with the LOD system.

could confirm the grid - more visible on vegetation

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain had this same issue. I think its a console port thing. A lot of Playstation games have it.

That's odd, I didn't have that issue in MGSV
