Possibly, but I'm not sure how it'd survive the trip back with supplies as the windows don't have collision yet. I'll hold off testing the sewage truck until the windows are breakable in tue truck.

Lake border is the best if you take into account chance of surviving. It's very easy to get stuck in the lake if you aren't precise about your speed and the angle you enter.
Its stop speed is really 80-90 unless you constantly want to be paying for fuel If you run the truck into the red on the fuel flow metre, you basically are throwing cash out the window.
