Killed by Jouko (I Never Touched the Suitcase)

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but I just had my vanilla 12 week life ended by Jouko's axe even though I never found or touched the suitcase. Is murderous Jouko triggered by moving the suitcase or by being within a certain distance of it? After the death, I checked the location of the suitcase in a backed up save I had, and it was to the southeast of the Dance Hall.

My leading theories are:
-Perhaps moved by new roaming NPC's?
-Struck by lightning? It did storm several days before the murder.
-Maybe moved by a rouge rally car? Jouko came for me on Monday morning.

Has this happened to anyone else? Especially since the update? I would love to live another long happy life without this happening again. Thanks.

The Jokke being angry is triggered by Suitcase moving from it's original spawn point. So yeah, possible that a roaming NPC or a rally car has moved it. If it happens again and you don't lose your save this time then here is how to fix it.

Thank you for sharing! I'll be better equipped next time to alt+f4 and "call my lawyer". I stream while I play and avoid save-scumming, but in this case it would be worth it. I imagine the likelihood of this happening again, however is pretty low.
