Will it have cross-play?

And I know some of you will immediately think "no hur dur, Sony hur dur," but it is possible. Hover, for instance, has cross-play between PC and PS4 or PC, Switch, and Xbox One (there's an option in the settings for you to choose which platform combo you wanna play with). Wargroove also has cross-play *wink wink nudge nudge*

I'm more interested in PC/Switch cuz this looks like the kind of game my friend would prefer to have on his Switch, so it'd be nice if I could play with him.

I don't think this game will support it based on the development delays they ran into already staying on target. Not to sound negative; I totally support this game and the developers, but I think that's a critical/objective perspective based on what we've seen currently.
