Rescue Bear Operation - STARTER FAQ
Hi Everyone!

Welcome to Rescue Bear Operation; and thank you for playing! I'll do my best to address everyone's questions as an army of 1. I'll keep this on the top to help explain the current state of the game & where we hope to take things.

Please remember - game play is intended for young audiences & intentionally kept simple. This is a 1 level free to play mini-game. We'll add more levels & content at later dates.

1) Objective: Save your critter friends & bring them back safely to your base camp. This is done by clicking on them when you have the wagon equipped; clicking again when you have them past the bridge in the base camp area. You can also put the fire out on the trees when you have the water bucket equipped. The bucket can be refilled by clicking next to a water source.

2) Mouse/Keyboard users: Left mouse button click for actions such as selecting animals to pickup/release via the wagon. F3 button for wagon - toggle over to F4 for the water bucket.

3) Acorns: These are accrued when you save critters & put out the trees on fire. Animal friends = 2 acorns. Trees saved = 1 acorn. (In later builds we'll try adjust the messaging so this is more clear). Acorns when saved up can be exchanged at the Outfitter for other in-game cosmetic items.

4) I'll get an in-game guide & FAQ set up soon. (Interesting side note here: the young kids we've had play test this beforehand actually don't read guides. However; I do feel it's important to provide one).

5) Thank you for the feedback & comments! I really can't express to you how important & invaluable this is. Stay tuned... I'll try to come up with a way to reward the top feedback & comments.

Thank you again!
- Matt

Is the DLC currently meant to be free?

EDIT:
Also: you may want to pin any FAQ post to the top of the forum :)

The f3 and f4 keys don't work for me on windows 10. I don't know about f6 since I can't get either of the tools up in the first place. f6 is my mute button, f3 is tied to my brightness and f4 opens up a menu for multiple screens, completely taking me out of the game, so it would be cool if you could have an option for changing those keys. Not really sure why you went with those instead of just regular number or letter keys that are less frequently tied to computer functions in general.

Isn't 2500 matches a bit much to play through? If I were to idle with an autoclicker, I would have to "play" through 7500 minutes (since each match is 3 minutes long and only count upon the time running out), which translates to 125 hours, which translates to a little over 5 days of straight-up idling non-stop.

I'm certain you see the issue here. For users to get a desired 100%, they'd have to leave an autoclicker on for 5-6 days straight.

Any hope that this cap can be decreased to be more fair to those who tried out your game?
