Yes,

Basically how do you get it if it does not work playing as bartender, offering multiple drinks (beer) mostly, killed off hostiles. Whenever there was quest to neutralize someone i used hypnotizer and told them to leave city. Ended up uppertown with this

In mayors village everyone was loyal to me (heck even mayor himself was loyal) but when i asked for hat (20%) he refused to give it. Second time threatened and failed, got killed. After restart tried asking for hat (20%) he refused again, i then used hatenyzer on him supercops killed him i picked up hat and went to podium and no achievement.

Forgot to mention, i even paid mafia to influence voters in uppertown.

How the hell i can get this achievement? Waste of 90 mins.

Are you talking about Legal Takeover or Peaceful Takeover? Legal Takeover requires you to win the election.

legal takeover, i already did peaceful couple days ago. Can you please elaborate how can i WIN elections? Does it happen automatically when i enter in mayor's village? I dont understand.

To complete the Legal Takeover achievement, you need to win the election. I would, of course, detail everything, but you can find a guide to it.

The problem with game is that it points on Mayor himself and and not the Clerk, i would have gotten this achievement if i KNEW i have to go talk to Clerk because game does not point that out.

You can play as Zombie with No Limits so you can remove the Fair Game and Vocally Challenged traits, I won the election recently by doing that

Got it playing as zombie, although it was stressful than playing as bartender. Good thing i picked up continue mutator otherwise i would have to start over, hell i got killed twice by the police.

Well when I won the vote as bartender. I tried to never kill off a friendly. I payed off the mob to affect the vote on 1 or two floors. I tried to clone beer to save money and not hostile people with negative drinks like cigs, but when possible I gave people positive status affect mixed drinks so they went from friendly to loyal.

Usually I'd try to give mixed drinks/hypnos to quest npcs for their key X safe combo

I'd sometimes give mixed drinks/hypnos to goons as well so they went from no opinion to positive.

I took cool with cannibals, random reverance, friend of the family, friend of the common folk, etc. Upgraded ones I could.

i think you overspent money on cloning items, you will get more buying this stuff from other bartenders.

Money was tight for a bit, yes. Because each floor I might need 5 beers which was around 10-15ish gold each. I think later I had shop drops + so I was killing some bartenders for drinks (As well as drug dealers) or trust funder. I had something so money stopped being a problem.

Shop drops+ and killing drug dealers is lots of free money/drinks.

Easiest without mutators would be picking Assasin. Then buy drinks/cigs from bartenders/drug dealers and/or give them to Drone Office's (bouncers also works). Avoid pissing off anyone (and if you did it - kill them), if you still need points per floor then free ppl and eventually hire some slum dwellers. Assasin BQ + election is like 40-50 minutes, but im slow so below 30min should be doable.

The biggest problem with today's gamers, they seem to NEED handholding, else the game is impossible for them. It's not that hard to explore a completely new and different level from the previous ones, and then find this one massive golden building.
