How to get fire extinguisher?
Now that firefighters don't carry them anymore, is there a reliable way to get a fire extinguisher? I'm having trouble unlocking the character.

Do you have to unlock the fire extinguisher for custom characters?

Can't seem to see it amongst the options, assume its one of the ??? ones.

For an even easier time, equip the Custom Character with an Oil Canister, paint the ground around a fire barrel with 9 or more squares, break the barrel, let the fire spread, put it all out, Boom, Unlocked off of one barrel~

I just gave myself oil, a lighter, and a flamethrower.

I actually did this by playing the shapeshifter and controlling a firefighter, it didn't even occur to me to make a custom character since I never use them lately
