The Assassin's functionality while cloaked changes. Hitting targets while invisible, from any angle, deals x2 damage and won't break cloak. Backstabs still deal x10 damage. Hit targets will also be stunned for the duration of the cloak, unable to move or fight back.
When a target takes damage during the cloak, they don't die, or even take damage- while the target does get stunned from the hit, the damage they would take is 'suspended' for a moment, and can stack up as the Assassin chains hits on the target. When the Assassin's cloak expires, this 'suspended' damage is suddenly applied.
(For example, if the target took three 15 damage hits during the cloak, when the cloak expires, the target is instantly hit with 45 damage. This (probably) kills the target.)
Possibly, upon taking enough damage (30 overkill?), the target simply explodes in a shower of gore (and an actual explosion), causing just a little more chaos for the Assassin. This explosion probably shouldn't harm the assassin, as it'd make going to town like the overpowered monstrosity the Assassin would become incredibly dangerous.
Slave master can do the same without needing to tase people. and his "doing thing" meter goes way fast and he can have as many slaves as he wants.
Zombie can run fast and kill people instantly.
People never get angry at the bartender. NEVER.
Hacker's meter goes way fast and nobody cares about the hacks, not even the hacker robots when you install viruses (assuming you could do the big quest again AFTER you do it once and unlock the buff)
-Professional Pacifist(for Doctor): you can use any lethal weapons. NPCs finished with lethal weapons will be knocked out instead. Explosives are not counted.
Come on, you know what a B-skin is, I just think it would be nice to have a permanent reward for the big quests too. (Sorry for not posting on a super-power thing, I know this will probably be deleted.)

Hacker: Internet Anonymity - The hacker doesn't have a doing something... bar when hacking (it's instant). Hacks are always more effective (running a fridge kills whoeve it contacts and explodes as a generator when it stops, hacking a sell o matic makes the price improvement even better, hacking a slot machine makes it always win, hacking a slave to free them also buff them. Hacking a safe also has a chance to re-roll it's contents with the better of the two results being kept. Hacking a computer adds an option (anon) which can allow the hacker to change his appearance for the remainder of the level, resetting any hostility toward himself.
Slum Dweller: Upper Cruster - having an uptown home has advantages. Besides starting with the Upper Crusty Status, your in-home exercise equipment means the random stat increase from your trait now occurs every level.
Wrestler: Belt Defender - As Champion Wrestler, and current belt-holder, you still have the same quest. Until you fail the quest, people don't get mad when you pick up or destroy their stuff with the throw ability, random people who see you become loyal fans, and the price of doctor's care is cut in half.
Blahd, Crepe: Gang Leader - you gain the trait that provides extra health to your followers. You also gain an additional 20 max health per current follower you have, and your own gang members don't count toward the max followers you can have.
Slavemaster: Master Slavemaster - Gotta Catch Em All! Each slave you have of a different class increases all of your slaves' stats. If you have a full set of three slaves and press the detonator, one at random survives the explosion with 1HP and returns to you. You can't be interrupted (except for dying or being teleported) while enslaving someone.
Shapeshifter: Traverse through the soul - your special ability, if recharged, will swap the npc you possess with the nearest hostile that is actively chasing you, freeing the previous one as normal.
