A grenade or two tossed into a crowd will provide some healing and ammo, and the Ammo Stealers may help in a pinch (e.g. defanging Killer Robot, or maybe you're low on ammo and an angry supercop is approaching).

The only thing you can do is punch. No weapons. Only reliable source of healing is murder. Go nuts, and fist everyone! Preferably to death!
- stay at 20 hp most of time to increased damage by don't make me angry (20/140 hp = 46 damage per shot)
- you can do that by use 2x rocket shot at the wall to hurt yourself and walk into fire barrel/stove twice or 3x rocket shot (don't worry you'll get the ammo back pretty fast)
- since your shot dealt 46 damage when you have 20 hp (modern warefarer help with that), you can pretty much one shot nearly everything (only soldier with cap and wrestler can survived) and get the ammo back
- you can gather people by hide slum dweller to do 'cause a ruckus' and one-shot a group
- since you only use one main weapon and punch (punch is used to destroyed computer, door, etc. which you don't wanna waste ammo on) it is advice to put the rocket launcher into a shortcut bar for quick switch (press shift + 1 when you hover the mouse above the weapon, or drag it) and set middle click button as a shortcut (this way you won't have to switch weapon with mouse wheel and can easily switch between punch and rocket)
- kill everyone on non-disaster level > hack sell-o-matic with hacking tool > sell everything except invisible/invincible syringe, rock, and you should make around 500$ per level > use money to buy cocktail, 3x item dispenser, etc.
- you can also hire docter to heal you before disaster level (even if you can't one-shot 140 hp + rocket + kill ammunizer is still nuts)
- you can also add 'naked' to increased risk, point and fit the lore (well, he's terrorist after all)
- or add trait such as clumsy (which will make people don't angry at you when you blow the building and make the run much easier since most of time no one will bother you), or slippery target to help survivebility, or addict which act as auto-poison which will stop at 20 hp but also make your speed drop to 2/3
- the point of silencer is to silent the fire sound so people don't turn toward you and try to dodge the bullet (there's still the explosive sound tho)

- play like assassin but better because you can hide 24/7 with longer status effect
- you should be able to one-punch kill everyone with camou + back stab (except soldier and wrestler again but that isn't a problem since they cant see you)
- downside is you can't talk with anyone
ps. firearm is useless when you use rocket launcher since it is explosive damage which can only be boost by don't make me angry

Looked into this and apparently this character was created before those traits cancelled eachother out. I guess some things would need to be swapped around if this character was to be remade today.
Yes, it does. You'll get 10+5 HP per kill if you got both.
This is pretty much the best option
My only issue with this build is that it's good for early game shenanigans but loses effectiveness later on.
