i have every achievement except safe travels, how do i get it?

if you need to "neutralize" an npc that likes you, you can ask him to leave town. can be done with bartender, or comedian when they liked your joke.
would you mind tellin me how to get the "fast food" achievement?

Ooooh, I thought I had to smack an NPC into an oncoming cart/train and kill it that way, based on the icon. Can you confirm that's not an additional way to do it?

Also, how do you find the alien?

In Uptown Satellite Dishes can spawn. You need to first re-adjust them with a wrench and then interact with the PC while you have the trait Tech Expert and select Overload Satellite

You can do so by either destroying walls until you reach the edge or just follow the rails in Industrial or Downtown (Mine cart/ train rails)

Asking successfully an NPC to leave did not work for this achievement. Do I need it to be friendly or loyal first, maybe?

Yes, you need to use the "Ask to leave town" option, which is available at friendly, loyal and aligned. Threatening them won't give you the achievement.
