I think traps are a little unfair
love the game, having a blast playing, specially the online features and coop stuff.

the entire game, seems pretty much fair, balanced and of course, fun.

but, in those factories, or fortress i dont know, they have invisible traps that come out of nowhere... sometimes gives you lots of damage. isnt this unfair?

maybe they want that extra unpredictability, but with invisible traps is really madening and feels cheated, in a bad way...
i love dificulty situations the game throw at you, but all of those, you can plan yourself and can think like a puzzle, that i think this is one of the most fun things about the game, but those traps is just weird and out of place in this game, they came at you BAN, thats it...

i know you can get traits to avoid those, but getting those traits just to avoid those traps, seems like a bad design choice, and baasically undoable too since they are random (or forcing you to use certain characters.)

i really reaaaaaally wish that would change.

I don't think that I've encountered any invisible traps yet. Ive run through the 2nd level several times without encountering one. Are you sure you dont get stuck on a floor panel or an intervallic trap and not notice it?

there is lots of them, im really surprised you didnt stumbled in any one yet.

im pretty sure they are invisible, sometimes its a piston that crush you to the wall, sometimes its a double pitfall that appears after you step in a press plate on the floor, sometimes a poison dart.

there is plenty, maybe you got incredible lucky and did not step on one yet.

None of the traps are invisible. They may be more difficult to see depending on the scene's lighting, but they are always visible to some extent, which is why it pays to keep a keen eye out.

They are hard to see, but not invisible as Matt says. Just remind yourself to look out for them whenever you go to the factories. Cause it's literally the only place with traps. All traps does about 30 damage each. Just make sure not to go in under 30hp if you are bad at spotting traps.
