Can I Place Landmines?

I was just wondering if it's possible, or if it will be possible to "place" some things instead of throwing them.

It's not as if soldiers in real life throw land mines across the battlefield o.o

But in-game, I'm meaning there'd be a delay before it's armed.

As far as i know until futher, no. You can apparently only throw them haha.

Just pretend they are Explosive Frisbee's.
