Twitch integration not working?

Don't own the game but have been on a Twitch stream with a friend i know who was streaming the game trying to have the chat vote but we were unable to vote despite changeing how many players can be in the game, copy pasted the info, properly added the name of the channel and all and still nothing any tips to help and save us?

Heya, were you presented with the twitch "countdown", but the votes weren't going through? Was this an online multiplayer game or a local game?

It was a local game, no bot but we did get the twitch countdown. Atleast we believe its local the online menu popped up but he ignored it (the streamer)

Did you enter all the info in lowercase?

So maybe an old topic, but a friend of mine also had the same problem. Streaming and did get the twitch countdown, but no votes going through in a local game. All info entered in lower case. But they do have an underscore in their name, would that be the problem?
