No, but you can use the Sandbox mutator. That serves as a cheat.

also looking for a way to unlock all chars and mutators and such with a console command or file editor

I may add a way for people to just unlock everything at the start of the game. This would make getting many of the achievements impossible, but I have nothing against allowing people to do something like that if they want.

I let my grandson play and would very much like an easy mode with access to all the weapons. Not everyone wants to grind, or have the same level of difficulty that seems good.

you can have all the weapons from the start kinda just gotta get to floor 5 also an easy mode that could work but you shouldent be able to get achievements in an "easy mode"
