Charge attack could probably use some tuning.
Will have to look into the Minecraft thing...
For the charge attack, I'd consider either giving it a broader "front" so it's easier to hit enemies, or have it "lock on" to the enemy nearest the cursor or path of attack. The first one might make it too powerful, though, and the second one might annoy players.
But in general, a "lock on" button might not be a bad idea, lets you pick a target that your character will automatically aim towards until you disable the lock on.
