The game hasn't been programmed to ignore Logitech's x-input emulation has it? There is a difference in the way that triggers work between d-input and x-input. Logitech has a gamepad which can be switched to x on the fly to compensate but some Japanese devs are favoring Microsoft and going out of their way to add coding which ignores Logitech's attempt to emulate x-input.
For the past few years this hadn't been an issue but it's starting to become a trend now.
I'd unplug, run CCleaner and then go to Control Panel, Devices/Hardware find the gamepad, right click on its icon to bring up an auxilary menu, select the top option (should 'gamepad settings' ) and run Window's built-in calibration tool.
Taiker has the same issue as those other two games however Taiker's gameplay only uses a few buttons so you don't need the triggers.
This is really infuriating. I'm wondering the if renaming the device in registry to 'wired xbox gamepad' (or whatever) might work - it was an old fix for Mini Ninjas back before dev's realized that PC's can be gaming consoles too.
