Secret ending?

I can't find anything online about this, but is there any kind of secret ending or New Game+ content? I just ask because of some odd things left over. For one, in the credits there's a weird message at the end about blind mice, cardinal directions, 6 o'clock, and the capital letters spell out PHONE. There was a door in the library we couldn't get through; I tried the axe on it before busting open the window, and it said you can't go through here... yet. I don't understand what is up with the record we let play there, either; it seems to have a message in it, maybe when it's played backwards? And finally, in the kitchen there are some cabinets we can't open because the handles are missing.

I could dismiss any one or two of these, but I wouldn't be surprised either if they added up to something. Like an extra cutscene or something. Am I crazy?

Sorry for late response. I don't think there's any secret ending. The credits message just hints at a easter egg phone message where a French guy hits on you. The record is just an optional easter egg too, it does say something when reversed (seems to hint at the Dalimars time traveling during the ending). The kitchen cabinets are probably just a red herring or just not meant to be open. I think (if I remember right) the comments sometimes joke you can't do what you wanted with an inventory item yet, but you never actually can't. That can happen whenever an inventory item is used, not just on the library door.
