Help! The graphics are bugged!

When i launch my game and enter a lobby my graphics always look like a bad copy of minecraft. I wasnt sure at first if those were the real graphics but my friend showed me a screenshot of his game being just fine.
I tried restarting the game / steam / my pc and nothing worked.
changing the graphics in the settings doesnt affect my game at all other than dropping my fps to 15 without looking at least a bit better. It just always looks like it didnt finish rendering as there are no details whatsoever and all the colors blur into each other
Also when i look around fast everything is a bit transparent for a second before resuming its previous ugly state
Any help to fix this appreciated, i could not find a single thing in the internet regarding this problem and hope to find a solution here

Edit: Trying to fix it was the wrong approach, i just complained in a thread that something wasn't right and after 20 minutes of doing nothing my graphics are looking good.

Ok so apparently murphys law took place and after having everything with the graphics go wrong even trying to show someone the problem went wrong as the game HAS NOW FIXED ITSELF !? I did nothing in that period of time
Trying to restart my pc or steam did nothing but COMPLAINING ON THE INTERNET DID ?!
Thanks anyway for being so kind as to take your time to try and help me with my problem
