More Health Kits & Items

Hello. I notice when I can play the expeditions that there is not enough health kits, and I run out of items easily. Will there be more added in a future update? Thank you.

Did you find all the locations of items? Tents, Caves, Cabin, Deer Stands, and some dead bodies?

I did find all the items near the bodies, tents and cabin. However, I did not come across the caves or deer stands. I was looking for the caves but could not find them. Perhaps they were hidden or not listed on the map.

There is no North, South, East, and West, but if the lake is north of the RV, the cave would be along the mountain to the north / east of the lake. You'll start hearing sounds like wind while getting closer. Med kit in there and I think there were two...

caves i found a medkit but they are hard to find and i found 1 so far its also got cool eastereggs in caves
