New demo update released today!

New demo update released today.

For now use the big round pad at the top of the 'right' vive controller is for gapping stuff, the left controller is only for teleporter mode for now. Use the trigger to teleport (when release).

Does not launch.

Says about starting in Vive HMD and on descktop. Then opens a white box for a couple seconds, and then nothing.

New launch date?

Well, the launch date on Steam was set for December 2017, and that month has come and gone. Any chance that we can get an updated realistic launch date? Thanks!

nice, but mech visual is tiring for my sight

Cool idea, I liked the demo. But the mech visual, with the closed view and writes into the helmet, is something you should avoid. In real life, if you focus a far item, close stuff is blurried but this with today's headsets doesn't happen as the focus is fixed. Especially if the frame has strong edges is easy to get a strange/wrong stereo feeling, or if some text force you to focus at it. To be short, this is extremely tiring for my sight. Just my feedback, but it's also among Oculus best practices about ...
