i cant make a summoner unit

i want to make a summoner unit but even though you can have present as a weapon and it says its a projectile when i try select like a fireball and go to edit the projectile to present it doesn't show up so i can't have a summoner unit that will continue to make more units

we need summon unit ability where you can choose what unit it summons even custom
