present elf missing from secret faction?

Every secret unit I have unlocked is present in the secret faction except the present elf. What gives? Where is it? Online, other people still use it.

Odd. Are you sure you've unlocked it? Sometimes secret units get randomly reset and you need to go back and find them. I would go back to Farmer Snow and check to make sure the present that unlocks the unit isn't there.

I've checked Farmer Snow now. The present isn't there.
