That problem is always caused by BeeCreative. Just to let you know: BeeCreative may cause something called "The Farmer Virus". It spams a farmer-looking guy in your units, Here's some context from the wiki: If the user attempts to delete it, every other unit will be deleted. Selecting the unit and de-selecting the unit creates a copy of it.

Hi! This isn't actually a virus. If you download a modded unit from the workshop and you don't have the required mods for it to work properly, then unfortunately the game can get bugged like this. It can be solved by deleting the unit from the game files!
