Can someone help me to get tabs working again?

I installed the hidden units mod on thunderstore mod manager but every time i load tabs the game crashes so i deleted thunderstore but it still keeps crashing this has been happening for about 2 years but i couldnt call for help until now please tell how to get tabs working with the mod i had.
