My Tabs custom units disappeared after restarting my computer.
My windows files got corrupted so I did a full restart. After redownloading everything, I downloaded Tabs and opened it, only to find my 45 hours of custom content was gone. Where can I retrieve it?

Unfortunately, I believe those files are long gone. If I'm right, those files are saved locally, so should anything happen to the folder they're in, like say, A Complete Reboot ... then they're lost to the digital void.

Did you reinstall or reset Windows? As the comment above says, your custom content is only saved locally and if you reinstalled Windows then those files were likely wiped in the process. But simply restarting your computer shouldn't normally delete your custom content. If the game was reinstalled on a different hard drive, your content could still be on the old drive.

You could double-check the game files to see your content is still there: Right-click on TABS in your Steam Library > Manage > Browse local files > TotallyAccurateBattleSimulator_Data > CustomContent.

In the future you can upload everything to the in-game workshop in order to save it online, or keep a backup of the CustomContent folder in the game files.

Please help - I see my custom units in the local folders, however, there's no way to upload them. (No upload button). How do I get them into TAbS?
