How do I delete my downloaded custom units?
I know how to delete my normal custom units, though I have a lot downloaded I would like to get rid of. It is getting ridiculous how many things I have in there and actually slows down a bit at first while tabbing through. Possible answers?

You should be able to unsubscribe from them in the workshop. Go to the workshop and click on the category for Subscriptions. Check the Units and Factions tabs, and unsubscribe from the ones you don't want (some battles/campaigns will also download units, so you would need to unsubscribe from that battle/campaign to delete the units).

Do you mean you want to remove units that you've uploaded to the workshop?

You can go to https://tabs.mod.io/ and sign in with your Steam account. Go to your profile and from there you should be able to delete content you've uploaded.

stumbled upon this while googling, i have 20 pages of cutom units downloaded, i have already unsubscribed from everything in the workshop, but those custom units are still there, how do i get rid of them? (other than manually deleting every single one from in game)

There's no way to delete several units at once in-game. But you can delete units that appear in the "Local" tab in your custom content by going to the game files.

Right-click on TABS in your Steam Library > Manage > Browse local files > TotallyAccurateBattleSimulator_Data > CustomContent > CustomUnits.

Inside CustomUnits there should be one folder for each unit that you've created & downloaded, with a picture of the unit inside the folder. Find the units you wish to remove and delete their folders. You can sort the folders by date in Windows and also view them with large icons to find the relevant units faster.

The CustomUnits folder contains units both from the workshop that you got by clicking "download an editable copy to my custom content" and those that you have created yourself. Be careful not to delete any of your own units that you wish to keep.

If I understand correctly, there are four units that appear in the rider list that you have deleted? If so you can try the steps here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/508440/discussions/0/3482997257346669147/#c3482997257350489485
