What happened to Chicken man man and the napoelon skins for the musketeers?

I just bought the game because I watched a few videos on yt which ha people playing sandbox and using chicken man man, but he isn't in the game??

You must have watched videos of the old alpha version or a modded version of the game the Chicken Man Man is currently not in the game but may return in the future and the Napoleon Faction was scrapped and split into the Pirate and Renaissance faction.

napoleon faction was scrapped, but a few units returned into the pirate and rennaissance factions (bomb trhowers, musketeers, canons...). we will also probably get napoleonnic assets in the unit creator. i really hope the flag bearer returns someday, such a cool unit.

It was a no-brainer that they would return in some capacity. Plus they have given zero concrete evidence that anything has been datamined. There’s nothing to worry about.
